Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All orders are manufactured within 7 days of being processed.
We utilize the United States Parcel Service (USPS) for our shipping needs, extending our reach to over 150 countries globally. While we cannot guarantee specific shipping dates, here are the typical delivery times:

USPS First Class usually takes between 3-7 business days for destinations within the lower 48 states and approximately 3 weeks for international deliveries.

USPS Priority typically arrives within 2-3 business days for the lower 48 states and up to 2 weeks for international shipments.

For expedited service, USPS Express generally delivers within 1-2 business days for the lower 48 states and 3-5 business days for international destinations.
USPS delivers to your designated mailing address; if you have a P.O. box, please provide it for smoother delivery.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Orders
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Meek Missions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I track my orders?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
What happens if my package doesn’t arrive?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at meekmissions@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at meekmissions@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at meekmissions@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at meekmissions@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at meekmissions@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
